Position: Deputy Director

Gavin Daley is the deputy director responsible for research at Behavioural Dynamics. With a compelling academic background, Gavin Daley holds a Ph.D. in Government, specializing in Governance and Public Policy, from The University of the West Indies, Mona, Jamaica. He also holds a Doctorate Mobility in Development Studies from The University of the South Pacific, Laucala, Fiji.

Gavin’s expertise spans across various areas, including qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, project management, survey design and management, proposal writing, monitoring and evaluation, policy development, statistical package for the social sciences, and NVIVO. His research experience encompasses a wide range of areas and topics, including governance and policy, crime and criminality, public sector transformation, election polling, education, tourism development, agriculture, impact assessment studies, customer and job satisfaction surveys, and time-release assessments.

Throughout his career, Dr. Daley has conducted over thirty (30) technical studies for diverse stakeholders, including government entities, private sector organizations, international technical bureaucracies, and civil society groups.
